There are hundreds of religions throughout the world today, many of which are within the United States.  Living under the rule of a government that promotes personal freedom and individuality, the citizens of this great nation have grown accustomed to the concept of their right to choose. A serious study of the scriptures will demonstrate to the serious bible student that although man might have freedoms under civil governments there are no freedoms of choice pertaining to God's doctrine.  All that man does in the name of religion must be done through His authority.
